Review: I searched for a while for a good water softener installer and everywhere I called didn't seem to know much about what they sell and they all wanted to sell me a system much larger than I needed. I called Als and the young woman on the phone knew everything about everything! She was the only one that didn't try to sell me on water testing which isn't needed on municipal water. She's the only one that asked me about household size and water usage. They use Clack heads which is exactly what I wanted. The price was great and exactly as quoted. Much cheaper than others and they use better parts. Michael came to install and was very polite and informative. They had a long wait time for install but I see why. They are worth the wait!
