Review: Today was our day to have our new Whole Home Water Softener system installed. Let me tell you! Desmond is a whole vibe baby! He was prompt, professional, personable, proficient and extremely informative! Desmond explained the entire process to us from start to finish constantly asking if we had questions and making sure we understood the process. He even showed us the quality of our water before and after the system was installed. Desmond and my husband got along like Best Friends! Review: Update to my last review:My softener has been in service for 1 year and it runs great. Zero issues and nothing but awesome tasting and feeling water for the whole house.Additionally, I recently had questions about different salt types and brands and even a whole year removed from initial installation Gary was willing to guide me through different types of salt pellets vs crystals and helped me make an informed decision.It was important to me to be able to ask someone who knows the system and the industry as a whole rather than just running with whatever I read on the internet. It's not as reliable as a true professional who you can call and trust.Supreme customer service from Aqua Viva does not end after installation.Thanks again!

Review: Highly recommended family owned company! Some of the biggest differences that made me choose them is their upfront pricing, no high pressure sales tactics, Desmond's and Gary's quality of customer service unmatched, and their warranty. It was a such quick turn around when they came into do the install at just under 2 hours. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised. The water tastes great and the digital display is a nice touch since it gives everything you need to know, including if there is a water leak with the gpm function. I can't recommend anyone else for the job and installation, but them!Just an added bonus. Since they are from the community, they can get you in contact with all your home needs with quality referrals. That makes a difference when you are new to area and don't know who to choose or trust. 10/10
