Review: We have had our system for 6 years. Zero problems. However, Water Solutions does have something other water softener companies do not. They have Jonathon. He is simply outstanding. He's been our maintenance tech for past two years and is so knowledgeable and conscientious. He is here 4 times longer than previous techs who popped in, changed RO filter and left. He checks everything from inside water readings and equipment filters/bladder to complete outside system as well. He gives you peace of mind and you can trust that your system is working optimally when he is finished. I wish y'all would have him train every tech in the field. I know he is going to get promoted within your company or even have his own company one day as a result of his professionalism and work ethic.
