Review: I'm so happy my daughter found this company to help me treat my water. I'm on a well system out in a rural area and have had issues with hard water for a long time. My appliances and faucets and hair and skin have had issues because of that. Not only that, our area has a lot of livestock. My water recently tested positive for ecoli and coliform. That's when my daughter did research and found this company.I couldn't have been happier with the equipment and service.The water change has been phenomenal. I get the peace of mind knowing the water is healthy and also lose all the cacium deposits that I've been fighting for a few years now. I can actually use my vinegar in my salad now and not in my dishwasher as an additive. My coffee and tea taste amazing. My skin and what's left of my hair are really glowing. That's not a masculine thing to say but that's how much of a change this has made. I'm impressed, fwiw.As far as service goes, Jerry has shown I'm attended to long after the sales contract is signed. He has not just shown me around my new kit but has also been teaching me about water systems in general and offers tips to save me on time and materials. With every type of service he describes he offers me an option to learn how to do it myself or can set up a visit to make it happen if I don't want to - or later as I age more - can't do it myself.I'm sharing photos of the kit that's been installed. We're preparing for temps in the high teens next week so I've stolen ideas from neighbors who are wrapping their trees. I'm protecting now just the water treatment kit but my water well line and holding tank. The tent is a 21 x 14 foot tent from Academy. The other items seen in the photos come from shops on Amazon or from a local Home Depot. I've a 25 x 20 tarp on the way to go under the rainfly cover. That'll keep heat from leaking out.Even without the tarp, the setup does well. Last night the outside sensor measured 30f degrees and the inside was 47f degrees. This was with just the electric oil heater on. When the tarp is installed and the kerosene heater running, we should be good with the temps in the high teens outside. Fingers crossed!
