He took his time to explain all the benefits of their system and recommended the perfect set up. He was very knowledgable and well prepared .Then Jacob showed up for the install(ask for him too!) and the great customer service continued. He was thorough while being efficient. After the install he took the additional to ensure I understood how to maintain the system to ensure me and my family get the best experience.10/10 Definitely recommend!!!

Review: Jacob came by today for the annual install of our sediment and purifying filters. He also serviced the softening system with a cleaning agent and checked everything before he left to assure all was working properly. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He also suggested a way to remove some slight calcium around our filtrated water faucet—and it worked! Thanks Jacob and Elite for being there for us!

Review: We had an under sink water purification system and a water softener system from Elite when we bought the house. We requested to fix the leaking under sink system about a year after we bough the house. Two Elite guys came, but they did not fix the leaking and even made the leak worse. I contacted Elite, but the manager was very restrict with the time they would come, and asked me to stay home for a whole work day to wait for them to come, because they could not give me a specific time that they would come to fix the unfixed problem. So I disputed the charge and fixed the leak through another company. One year later, the water softener tank started leaking again, so I contacted the Elite and asked them to check because it is still under warranty. They pushed me to pay the disputed charge first and told me they will void the warranty for the water softener. It does not make any sense to me that I should pay for the disqualified service! Why should I pay twice to fix the same problem! I would rather get a new water softener instead of asking them to fix it. Never get any service or products from them!!!

Review: Water filter system installed with no issues, Richard asked about our water softening needs, did not pressure to make any immediate decisions or to buy the highest most expensive model. Richard was readily available for phone calls or questions and was willing to work with our family's needs. Water softener installed quickly and efficiently with all questions answered
