Review: I reached out to several companies in The Woodlands/Spring area for price quotes. One company (A plumbing/water filtration company) came out and the sales representative was not familiar with our home's sewer system and gave us a price quote which was twice the price of the other competitors. I reached out to JRC and was greeted by Crystal. She has been working in the water filtration company for over 14 years and it definitely shows. She knew exactly where all the water lines and sewer connections were for our style of home for the water filter/softener system to connect to. She even had the city technicians come out to mark where all our underground pipes and wire are located so they don't cut the lines accidentally when installing the system. Their prices were competitive, and the service is top notch. I went with JRC because they felt trustworthy would take care of me if any problems arise. The system was installed quickly one afternoon, and I didn't even need to be home. When I came home and looked at the water system, it was installed exactly where they promised, and I couldn't even tell where they had to dig. All of my landscape was put back the way they found it. Great job! I would recommend this company to all my friends (and I actually did refer several of my friends recently too). Thanks, Crystal, for everything!!!
