Review: I live in a city that uses chloramine and has extremely hard water both of which are very hard on skin and hair. Chloramine in particular can cause severe flare ups in people with eczema. My son has sensitive skin, so when my old Kinetico water softening/filtration system died, I needed to replace it with something that would effectively filter out chloramines. In order to be educated when I talked to sales people, I spent about a month doing research on how water filtration and softening systems worked, so I could ask the right questions. I ended up talking to multiple sales people at at least 5 different companies before deciding on Southern Water Solutions. Jason was my initial point of contact with the company. He was extremely knowledgeable about the science of water softening and filtration and I greatly appreciated his straightforward honesty and willingness to patiently answer all of my questions. Based on my research I felt that the water filtration system Southern Water Solutions was selling was going to be my best option for keeping chloramines out of the water in my house. I also felt very comfortable with the price of the system. The installers did a fantastic job! The look was aesthetically appealing and I could immediately tell a huge difference in the quality of my water after the installation. I have had the Southern Water Solutions System for a year now and I am still very happy with it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
