Review: No one answers the phone. The water is not clean. They should be reported to the state for not providing safe drinking water on a consistent basis. This photo is proof of what is coming out of the water supply. Disgusting way to live.

Review: We are trying to have our utilites turned on at our new home and they told me I had to send a email requesting it. They never responded to the 3 emails I have sent. I call and I get a answering service and the lady was so rude. Now I am told she is in and out of the office and when they get my application which I sent yesterday that she will review it and it would take a couple of days to create account. She then stated she is off on Friday and that is the day we are moving in. I have never encountered such a problem getting service turned on. Why do they even have a number to call if you can't talk to anyone? I sure wish I could use a different water company but I guess they have the monopoly.

Review: We have been customers of Texas Water Systems, Tyler, for over 22 years-this month will mark 22 years. We have not had problems with customer service until this past year. Before that, the phone was answered by a person, in the office, and you received an answerThis past Friday, we had a 12+ hour water outage. Outages are more frequent and all you get is an answering service with nothing to tell you. Friday though, all I got was a recording that stated the company was not talk g any calls! On Sunday I received an email that stated it was the fault if REA. I spoke with a supervisor there today. She said a large tree had fallen on a line in the wee hours of Friday morning but ALL power was restored by 723am. But, we did not get water back until after 300pm. The only adviseI got from the manager if the water system was since I seemed to have a good relationship with REA, maybe I could talk to them so the water company would get their calls returned! No apology for the poor service. You must also now go to their website to see if there is boiled water warning. So many of the people, out here, have no computer and probably never learned how to use one. I gave 2 stars because until the past year this was a great company.Good luck if you live in this area.

Review: I only gave it 1 star because I have to. I wish I could give them a -1 star. Worst service. Always having problems. And all you can talk to is the answering service and she isn't very nice. Hope they get their stuff together soon.

Review: The customer service here is seriously lacking. If you are lucky enough to have an employee return a call that you placed with the answering service, they will treat you like a "degenerate" and refuse to help their clients. Save your money and drill a well.
