Review: I had WinBar come out to check out my water softener. We were told that we need new resin. We replaced the resin with a charge of $493.88 which we paid. We called WinBar out to service the water softener because we felt it wasn't working correctly. They sent the service man out and he told us that he cleared some tubes. We then called WinBar and told them that there was no water going through the water softener. They then stopped answering my calls. I have called many times asking them to call me about the water softener. This company was very nice and friendly but only wanted to sell a part then ignore the customer.

Review: If you're looking for a water softener company, WinBar is the group you want. Jenny in the office is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The company is communicative, competitive and reliable. Brian, the technician that serviced our home was friendly, responsive and knew exactly what and how to make a difficult installation easy. He communicated everything he was doing and then cleaned up behind himself. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. These people exceeded my expectations!

Review: Winbar had installed a water softener for us a few months ago so when I discovered a leak in the water heater-softener closet I called them. Brian came to check and it was the water heater. After making a system to catch the water into a bucket we thought the replacement could be delayed over the weekend. This proved incorrect. The leak was far worse than we had thought and I called Winbar to check if the installation could be moved up. A couple of calls later the installation would take place late afternoon. Brian and Braden arrived and dismantled the old and the new water heater was installed. A long day for them and I hope it didn't hold up any of their other appointments. THANK YOU Winbar, Brian and Braden for a job well done and saving the entire garage from being flooded. Five ⭐️s plus.Ann Dearing -Hafer

Review: Highly recommended!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, fair, doesn't lollygag around kind of service experience. I called Brian and needed him in a pinch, it was like 34 degrees outside, story is my rv plumbing control board spung a few leaks, after consulting with Brian he recommended canceling all the braided and going to the totally awesome PEX tubing material and couplers. No problems since!!!! Call Winbar today and speak with Brian or Jenny to book your service appointment!!Note: the pic below is of the plumbing control board before PEX refit. I'll open the panel and post a picture of the refit to PEX in the future.
